Professor Madya Dr. Ahmad Tarmizi Haron obtained his Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Civil Construction Management and subsequently completed his MsC in Construction Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He then completed his Ph.D. in Construction and Property Management from the University of Salford, United Kingdom.
Currently an Associate Professor in Universiti Malaysia Pahang, he also holds several important positions at the university including Dean of Commercialization before mandated as Senior Director of Innovation & Commercial Management Center. To add to his already established resume, he is a certified Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager and BIM Master Trainer.
Known for his vast experience, technical, tactical, management and organizational strategy, he has lead Building Information Modelling unit, a sub-unit of UMP Holdings Group towards a very successful path with current cumulative value of projects involving RM 1 Billion.

Aida Husna Ruslan read law at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB(Hons)) in 2008. She completed her pupillage Messrs Radzi Abdullah and was admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2010. She has 8 years experience in SHE commenced her legal practice in a law firm known as Messrs Mohd Razak Associates since May 2010 where her portfolio involves general litigation, banking, bankruptcy insolvency, contract law, family and matrimonial, harta pusaka and land law disputes. She has appeared as counsel in the Magistrate and Sessions Court in hearings, and has assisted in High Court hearings.

Azman Ridwan holds an MBA from International Business School, University Technology of Malaysia specializing in Strategic Management and a Degree in Chemical Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia. Azman has been known as a seasoned professional with more than 15 years in Facilities, Project & Property Management. His expertise is in driving brand growth, maximizing operational excellence, delivering financial and investment performance. He has various working experiences with local and international organizations specializing in Facilities, Project & Property Management. He also has a vast experience in the consultation roles as a Consultant (Facilities & Maintenance Management) and Renewable Energy sector and held General Manager Project position in IRM Group Berhad before focusing back to the facilities & property sector.

Abdul Fauzi Japar is the holder of Bachelor in Arts (Hons.) in Accounting from University of Liverpool, England. Before joining UMP Holdings, he served under multiple wings of international companies such as Lee & Raman Accounting Firm based in Brunei Darussalam, Maguire & Co. Firm and Al-Maktoum Foundation Ltd based in Republic of Ireland as well as Pasdec Holdings Berhad in Pahang, Malaysia. With almost 23 years of experience in accounting and financial management, he then took another leap to join UMP Holdings as the Manager of Corporate Finance & Investment.

Salina Kamarudin brings with her more than 20 years of working experiences mostly as HR Generalist in various job sectors which includes manufacturing, project management, construction and hospitality industry. A certified PSMB trainer and has conducted numerous in-house training programmes in the area of Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Leadership and Supervisory skills, Motivation and Customer Service Management.
She holds a Master of Human Resources from Open University Malaysia.
Salina had served several multinational companies which includes Sony Video (M) Sdn. Bhd., Polyplastics Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., UGL Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd., as well as heavy industry - pipe coating companies. Her philosophy is to encourage employees to enhance their skills and to realize their potential.

He was the Head of Plant in Edgenta Mediserve Sdn Bhd and holds various professional competencies which are Certified Healthcare Facilities Management, Certified Energy Manager and Vibration Analyst. Sa’udin Sulong has experience for about 21 years in chemical engineering and manufacturing. Previously, he was a Senior Technical Engineer at Kaneka Electec Sdn Bhd for Polyamide Plant. Before that he was an Executive at Nippon Pigment (M) Sdn Bhd, which produces plastic material colouring using Extrusion. He graduated from UTM with a degree in Chemical Engineering (Polymer) in 2000. He also holds a Diploma of Polymer Technology from UiTM and rubber processing from Rubber Research Malaysia (RRIM).

Prior joining UMP Technology Sdn Bhd in 1 November 2019, Nizam Rashid was mandated to lead the Commercialisation initiative under UMP’s Strategic Plan 2016-2020. His portfolio includes to plan, execute and monitor the development of innovation ecosystem in the university which involves establishment of policies, strategic business development and start-up nurturing. As a skilled Technology Transfer Professional, he possessed a vast experience in evaluation of more than 70 commercialisation projects ranging from start-up to companies at growth stage. He was a researcher in the field of Assisted Reproduction Technology in Universiti Malaya (UM) and an Associate in Technology Ventures Division, Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC). Prior to that, he obtained his Master degree in Biotechnology and Bachelor degree from Universiti Malaya.

Muhammad Syaiful Safwan bin Nordin holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang. He has more than 5 years industrial experience specifically in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Previously, he was working as a Site Coordinator at Rekpasifik Sdn. Bhd. He managed a few mega projects under the collaboration with Ministry of Rural Development and UDA Central during the attachment. He then further his career in the field of BIM as a BIM Modeller with Industry Centre of Excellence (ICoE) Construction, a centre for graduate employability established by the Ministry of Education. He has been certified as a Master Trainer for CIDB Module BIM Concept & Theory, Fundamental Modelling Architecture & Structure, and BIM Coordinator. He has vast experiences in delivering awareness talk and training to numerous active construction industry players such as Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), UEM Sunrise Sdn Bhd, Panasonic Homes (M) Sdn Bhd and many more.
